We stayed in this hotel and wow our room was super big really. Very clean very comfy. The staff were just lovely people. So friendly so helpful the whole time. They even remind you of things from time to time very thoughtful. No matter which shift everyone is just a text away and ready to help straight away. Honestly we felt very well looked after. Would absolutely recommend

We stayed at Cassandra Hotel for a few nights, and honestly, it was better than we expected. The hotel is basic, yes, and they are doing some renovation, but it didn’t really bother us. The room is clean, quiet, and everything is organized. For us, it’s enough. What surprised us the most is the customer service. Everyone at front desk is super nice and helpful. Handra, I think she’s the supervisor, she is amazing. Very friendly, always smiling, and really tried to help us with anything we need. We really appreciate that. Some people say the price is high, but come on, it’s Vancouver. Everything is expensive here. Compare with other places, we think the price is okay, especially with the service they give. The location is also convenient, close to bus stop, food, and easy to go downtown. For tourists like us, it’s a good spot. We had a good stay and would come back again.

I really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of Handra at the front desk. Handra not only checked me in but accompanied me to my very comfortable room. She was exceptional in her care for a new guest. The room and bathroom were squeaky clean with a very comfortable bed and pillows. I even had a view of the North Shore mountains! There is off street parking in front of the hotel. One thing that I noticed was there were no homeless people around. This is a very vibrant neighbourhood with lots of restaurant options. I liked everything about my stay here!
